Sized up just in case these were tight: even though I checked out the material and have worn plisse pants before, sometimes this style can be tight..but these are loose --- they're so big I pulled them over my stomach to fit. Even when pulled over my stomach, they still drag on the floor: I'm about 5 foot 6 and 163 pounds. I probably should have stuck w a large.
