Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Fashion Nova will not accept any returns after 30 days.


Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Fashion Nova and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.


Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center or returned in-person to any of our store locations (please see the address listed below). Please keep in mind that in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store. No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office.  We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.    

 
Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

 

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

 *FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):

All items ending in $.96, $.97,$.98 are FINAL SALE, bodysuits, swim suits are non-returnable.

 

Shoe Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Fashion Nova. Our company prides itself on being environmentally friendly, therefore we ship all shoes in a stylish eco-friendly bag. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met: 

  • All items must be unworn. 
  • All Items must be in their original packaging. 
  • You must include the original invoice.

Please note if you choose to return shoes to one of our locations, the return will be honored via gift card until shoes become available in our stores.

Return to Store

  1. Find a Fashion Nova location near you (Southern California only)
  2. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts and accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items or bodysuits.
  3. Upon returning the item, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card to use in-store. Please keep in mind that gift cards issued in-store must be used on an in-store purchase.

      Return by Mail

      1. Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
      2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items or bodysuits.
      3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Fashion Nova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

      Credit

      Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
