I’m 150lbs, 5’3, 38D bra, 29-30inch waist for reference. I purchased a medium and it fit sort of loose on me but I didn’t want it to be too tight. The material is stretchy I probably could’ve went down a size since the crotch area was a bit loose. I highly recommend. The shoulder is the best part of the romper. Extremely well made and thick material.
