The skirt hem is figure hugging

Size is off you must buy few sizes up and quality is nice but the chest area barely covered my chest and I have small boobs . It felt not good because any move you make your boobs will be out instead of covered . It’s a no for this dress but unfortunately I couldn’t return due to sale so now is in my closet for no reason . Don’t buy on sale because you won’t be able to return it .
