Definitely has a stretch, I ended up getting a size smaller than normal. The thing about dresses with the chest carved out is it’s not for women with anything bigger than a C cup, even with you getting the correct size, the cup on the dress is two sizes too small and your spilling out. Something don’t need to be so in your face and I wish they didn’t even have the carved out bust area because it would be a great dress then. I’m going to wear it but I’m going to try to fix the bust area to work for my chest
