Absolutely perfect but I can’t wear it as it was too large

I tried to return the item for 2 weeks. I brought it for $27.99 which is regular price. I tried customer service over 20 times to process the return . The first time I got the item it was easy to process on the return laer, but I stalled to add other items on the label and I didn't process the label at that time. The item later went on sale, and now I'm stuck with it. When you want to return an item do it fast. You run a chance the item might not be honored for return and you are stuck with it. Fashion NOva has nice things, but customer service isn't the best. The item looks better on the model, than when you try it.
