I bought these jeans in a 7, it had amazing stretch and the waistband fit with enough stretch. I found that it was a bit tight on my legs when I moved around since I go to the gym but I loved them so much that I bought them again but in a size 9. The waist isn’t too tight but it holds up and fits great on my legs, just a little bit of room at the hips but It’s worth it for the jean. By the way these go up so high!
