Cute but i normally wear size L, i sized down to M but it was still very baggy especially in the crotch area not flattering

I ordered this romper the first time in an L based off the size chart and it was too baggy. I returned it and ordered the next size down and it was too baggy as well. So, I returned that one as well. I have a wide back so I have to order clothing would possibly fit my upper body, but this romper just wasn't the right fit for me.
