So disappointed in your customer service! My mother ordered two coats when you had bogo the other day! She even showed me her cart to see if I liked the items she picked and I noticed the discount And I thought it was a good deal so she ordered it, but when she was finished checking out she noticed the bogo coupon was no longer there and she got charged full price for both! Not even 5 mins later my mother contacted you guys but your response was that there can’t be any changes made but you can return them...which I’m obviously gonna do even if it costs to ship I’m not keeping a full priced items when you have plenty of discounts! So the second it arrives in the mail it’s getting sent right back. Don’t even play off like you’re a eco friendly company if you’re telling a customer to solve a problem by returning the product and re purchasing so I can get a deal. What a waste of shipping, paper and time! I will never order fashion nova again.
