NOT LATEX - this is cheap vinyl material

Usual Size: L 10/12
Color: Neon Yellow
I mostly expected this to not be latex given the price point, and I was right. Still disappointing though. It fit and looked nice, though there's not a ton of stretch. I'll still be able to use this, thankfully - but it is NOT LATEX.
