I am in awe at how frustrating it was working with your company for the first time. It shouldn’t take over a month to get a refund. Your people should review their records before telling me that a refund was completed on 11/16, then send the refund in on 12/3, with a follow up email on 11/28 finally showing the credit going through. I was treated like I was stealing $19.99. Horrible communication. When your company finally realized its mistake I received 4 emails and a text message. All of a sudden you people were willing to respond and forcefully it would seem. Really really poor first and last experience.
