Top not secure enough for REAL Breasts

Usual Size: medium
Color: Orange
I bought this suit in a Large I am Usually a Medium this suit I would have needed an XL top was to small and not secure enough, for my D top and bottom was perfect for my hips at a 40 inches. Chart size is off by a few inches. I'm a 38/29/40
