Fits perfectly! i love them

I received the pants and was so excited to try them on. I slipped them on and they looked great and were so comfortable. Then, I went to zip them up and half the zipper was missing!!! These pants are basically useless now. I emailed Fashion Nova about the faulty zipper and they emailed the same automated message over and over again saying that nothing can be reported after two days of delivery. I live in a college dorm where we cannot pick up packages on the weekend and at certain hours during the weekday. I explained this in my email and received no real customer service. So disappointed.
