I'm sized as a medium, but my ribcage is a little wide so I ordered a large. It still doesn't fit my boobs- cuts them off at the sides and scrunches them up so they look tiny. I've had issues like this with strapless tops most of my life though, so I think it's my odd proportions and not the garment. I'm bummed, I really wanted it to fit me.

Definitely runs small, and looks awkward from the chest area
