first there wasn’t enough flower fluffy things and they were hanging on by a small thread. when i brought it to the tailors to get it steamed cause it was just so flat from shipping it still didn’t puff up like the picture. definitely threw it out.

Just like the other reviews the dress is just ok not worth what I paid... it isn't as full as the picture and I swear it's missing a flower.. but I got a med 5'2 about 140 lb
