I am pretty curvy and usually a size medium US, but i got this in a small and it fit great! The material is a but thin but nothing too see through (just wear lighter under garments) it is a soft stretchy cotton-like material. Highly recommend - Would definitely order more if they had other colors !! (For reference i am about 5'5 140 lbs)
