I’m normally a size 10 and always order up in heels. I ordered an 11…still did not fit. I was able to get my foot in the shoe and that part was fine but the actually boot would not even go a little up my calf so I couldn’t zip. There’s not stretch. I’m not even sure going up another side would help. I was super sad because in person the boot is gorg.
