Runs small, has no zipper, elastic waist band does not extend

I bought an xl, usually wear an xl in pants. it has a stretch band at the back to adjust for the waist. I really liked them, wore them on vacation and they were very comfortable. they are linen so they can be see through so just me mindful. 9/10
