I'm 5'3, 38dd and 150 pounds. I usually buy large fashion nova but I was concern with possibly being too short so I got XL. In the end I could've done the large. The fabric it's super stretchy and normal length. The slip does open up but it didn't bug me. This dress it's super chic and very forgiven with rolls and belly.
