it’s too small and glitter is all over

If you have HUGE boobs and a tiny waist, this dress is for you! I’m 38DD and the chest was a little loose on me, but I couldn’t zip up the last couple of inches on the zipper because it was too small at the waistband (just below the boobs). And beware, the glitter and sequins from this dress were covering my floor!! It was crazy how messy it was. I had to return it.
