Top white part is a flap that's supposed to hang down or stay with tension, but any small movement and it flops up over my shoulders looking real weird. I have a very average bra size so I'm surprised this happened with this website. I could stand it being a bit too small if the top part wasn't so cheaply made. I'm tempted to cut the white part out because it is unwearable as is.
