The jacket is super cute. It is made well. It could be a windbreaker or a top. It looks just like the picture. If you have bigger arms then size up. It's true to size unless you have bigger arms. I got a large and it fits... I could have used an extra large though. I'm still going to wear it. It's just a little tight in the arms. It doesn't stretch of course.
