These are fantastic. They aren't super high rise, more like mid waist. I would only suggest if you have a smaller waist and you are trying to smooth out your lower abdominal area if you have a pooch, etc. Works fabulous for that. Good for reasonably short dresses but not super mini dresses. They come to my middle finger knuckle when my hands are by my sides. The legs are soft and the material gives. No stupid bottom seam on the legs. The legs will role up when you stand up after being seated, but just walking they stay down, so it works for me. I just adjust when I stand up. My stats: 5'10, 31in waist, 43in hips, 36G Bra (perky implants). Thick muscular thighs, big calves.
