This dress is absolutely stunning, but the top is not made for large boobs, especially natural ones that squish. I'm 34DD and this smashed my boobs down so hard they looked misshapen. The skirt fit well, maybe on the tight side. I don't think I'd say it runs small though. I'm going to size up to a large to see if the top will fit better and hope the skirt isn't too big. I'm 5'2" 135lbs 34DD 38/29. 5/40 and this would have fit if the top didn't have 0 cup space.
