First bad experience

I purchased for a ceremony so I ordered in advance, tried the shoes on, and walked around with no problems. The day of the ceremony, one of the heels broke due to poor application of the shoe. I tried contacting fashion nova about the shoe but it was useless. This shoe is a Waste of money! I’ve purchased many shoes from fashion nova but never had this issue.
