I bought a size 7, the description said high stretch. They only have 1% spandex they barely stretch. I’m 5’ 7” 155 pounds.

whatever u do do not size down get your normal size because they’re really snug at the waist and these r in no way midrise if anything they’re low rise asf gems are really good and surprisingly don’t rip off too easily i haven’t washed them yet so idk if i’ll retract that statement after a wash but i have worn them twice i’m literally wearing them rn and they’re just awesome and i’ve gotten so many compliments get them they’re amazing and super worth it
