I bought this mostly for the sleeves to match the tights for a black & pink outfit which matched PERFECTLY, but the dress is unexpectedly adoooorable & comfy too! They are separate pieces and the sleeves fit very comfortably with room to spare despite having bigger biceps & I also pulled it down to use for thumbholes with no issues so I think ladies with longer arms will have no issues. The fabric is very soft on my sensitive skin and didn't bother me at any point. I'm 5'3" ~140lbs and my measurements are 40"-28"-42" with my waist fluctuating (28-31) due to bloating from my chronic digestive illness. I can't wear things that fit too tightly around my waist but this is so stretchy and comfy that I had no problems at all even though it looks snug & flattering! Due to the stretch I think it would fit plus size ladies too despite being OS. (I've had issues with OS not fitting comfortably before) It feels high quality and durable, and I think it will last for many wears so I don't think anyone need worry about it being single use <3 The cutouts make a cute little 'boob window' for cleavage and the heart pattern makes me happy! I wore it with the sleeves just to relax and play video games with my fiance and he loved it & said I look beautiful <3 My only advice is to put the dress on before the sleeves, since it's slinky like tights you want to reduce friction as much as possible for ease of putting it on lol. I can recommend for anyone wanting to look cute without needing to sacrifice comfort <3
