I love this dress the material, the for everything. It is very stretchy

The dress itself runs large, on there site it gives you a guide to base your size on well I did. It suggested I was a 1XL not so. I still went with there suggestion and it was way to big. My issue is there are rust color stains on the breast of the dress. I tried several times to request a return within the hour of receiving this dress and was never able to. When i sent a message for help um told to do what I've been doing and if it doesn't work to request a lable to which I have to pay for to ship the dress back. I didn't markup the dress so why should I pay to return it. Not worth it. I can understand if I just wanted to return something because I don't like the look or whatever reason however, a damaged dress should be sent a prepaid shipping lable.
