I am 5’6 165lbs, 27 in waist ,34DDD I am a medium. With my experience in buying denim bathing suits from FN they run very small so I sized up to an XL in this swimsuit and it fits perfect as if it were a true medium. I suggest you size up if you have an hourglass shape. Bc my waist is small I had to take them and get tailored to a small waist but fit butt and hips fit perfectly and so does the top.
