Top was too small

Color: Olive
I love this outfit HOWEVER I cannot wear the bandeau top because what I was sent was way too small. It was way too small to cover even my 36D. I usually wear it with a different top. I love it but am disappointed. Wasn't given the opportunity to return it and I don't know why. I'm a size 10, 5'8", 160lbs.
