Someone mentioned that the material looks cheap, but I think it’s the opposite! The color and shimmer makes it look luxurious to me. The blue in the dress is a shade or two darker than the picture shows, so keep that in mind. It is still very beautiful and it has stretch so I would say get your normal size. I am in between sizes so I tried to size up to be on the safe side and I didn’t need to. Super cute! I’m just waiting on an occasion to wear it.
