I'm about 215 lbs 5'4 and I love this dress! I bought it for prom and it definitely fits my prom theme. It is a little too long. I plan on wearing some gold glitter short heels n I am going to need to hem it just a bit still. There's a little grip thing on the inside around the top of the dress so it doesn't slip around (it runs all around). I honestly think if you wear this you should (if u can) wear your hair down with it. I must admit the slit is daring. When you sit down, be careful with the position of your legs. The slit reached about 3-4 under my hip. When i walk I don't fear that my whole leg is going to pop out but that's because I moved the slit a bit more to my side. A little warm but I don't think it's going to be a problem. It does have a second slip (I assume that's what it's called) on the inside. You could definitely wear a one strap bra I suppose lol
