I brought this shirt for vacation trip to Nola in March. It was super cute! The arms have a lot of room and I have pretty chubby arms. I have a small waist. The top fit perfect and snug. the top stretches as well.

I like the sleeves and the color. I’m small chested (a 38/40 B), and the chest area on the 2X was pretty small on me! Just a warning!
