Comfortable. But This is for a small waisted woman only. I’m not fat nor over weight but I have a small gut. If you are an inch over the pants will squeeze the the love handles up and they sit right on top of these pants. I’m only keeping because it was free during bogo sale. They have a mess lining in the pants. Not to be worn during hot summer in my opinion
