I really love this shoe. even tho it's really cute the size is way off. I usually wear a 7.5 which is what I ordered and it was a whole size too big. I ended up having to buy a 6.5 and just gave my larger pair to my friend who wears a 9 since they don't do refunds. great shoe way too big

I have just come out of pocket for the THIRD time for this item. First of all the shoe is an entire size too big. Because Fashion Nova has horrible customer service I had to pay to priority ship it back to them. They received it and issued me a store credit, had to pay to have it shipped again. Package never arrived. Customer service was a nightmare and they suggested (via email) I call USPS myself to inquire about my package. I was never able to ever get anyone to answer their customer service number. Not until 10 days after my package never arrived did they actually say "my package was lost in transit". They issued me a gift card and I have paid for shipping for a THIRD time! Fashion Nova has beautiful items but I cant risk having to deal their customer service again
