Worst jeans. "mom fit" but runs insanely small and sizing is off my 10 inches. disgusting

The fit of the jeans is great, however, the waist is not stretchy at all and quite tight. I am 5'0 and normally between a size 5 and size 7, but the size 7 I purchased was very small around the waist and barely went up my thighs :( It is a beautiful pair of jeans and good quality but you may want to size up if you are curvier.
