This outfit is super cute but the poof of the skirt is some weird plastic material? I’m going to try to steam it and see if that helps but it’s crinkly and feels almost like flexible posterboard in there. I was expecting a tutu like situation. A bit disappointed there. The neck piece is also too large and awkward. Ultimately I would’ve returned this if I was allowed but I got it for $25 and it’s fine for that price.
