Fits true to size. Received lots of compliments!

Not only did this catch my attention because it was on sale, but it's just such a cute top! I got a medium and it fit perfectly. I am 5'2, 38D, and weigh 165. It fit so nicely and very girly. I did the arm test to see if it would stay off the shoulder, and it passed! It definitely isn't like the other off the shoulder tops where you have to constantly pull your shirt down. Love it!
