Material isn’t fluffy thick, but heavy cotton thick. Medium can size down to small for a more fitted look as Large can be sized down to a medium. Has plenty of space (it’s baggy but not two sizes too big baggy) & has lots of stretch. Unsure for tall people. Remember you are buying the clothing, not the body.
