I was looking for a pair of affordable faux leather pants when I found this gem and it was love at first sight. I was worried about size because I had previously bought a different pair, I had taken my measurements and sized myself according to the size chart and they didn’t fit. I’m 5’5 and 145 pounds. I sized up (L) when purchasing this pair and they fit perfectly. The material does have stretch to it, and I probably could have bought a medium but I’m glad I got a large so they aren’t tight enough across my stomach to give me a muffin top. They do have a chemical smell when opening the package but I left them out for a few days and the smell went away. The material does get hot easily so I do not recommend wearing during the summer. These pants were my new favorite until it was time to wash these and the material started flaking apart at the seams. I’m extremely disappointed about that but since they’re so affordable I’m trying to repurchase another pair as soon as my size is back in stock. I will have to see what I can do about washing them though since the material can’t get wet. Not sure why you would make clothes out of material that falls apart from getting wet so it literally can’t be washed, but there has to be a solution to that. These pants go with everything, they’re so cute, and I’m so glad I ever found them.
