I don’t understand why this company doesn’t just use UPS only we still have to pay for a return slip it’s not like we are getting free shipping so instead of using 2 mailing companies it has been about a month and my package still hasn’t arrived so I can receive my e-gift card to reorder after I reorder I will never order from this company again never had this problem with any other companies that I have ordered from online very disappointing and I have called numerous times it’s sitting in a warehouse waiting to be sent to fashion nova I will also not recommend this company to all at all this is unbelievable
