When I first started putting this on I wasn’t confident I’d be able to wear it. I am between sizes and sized up to a M but apparently should have gotten a L (I’m 5’3” 145 lbs). I can wear it but can’t make any sudden arm movements or I’ll rip the bodysuit in half. If you’re in between sizes, size up 2 sizes.
