They were not true to size and were final sale so I could not return them

I had wanted the leather (Envious) boots, but they didn’t have my size in stock. So I got these instead bc I needed them for an event, & according to the delivery info, they were supposed to arrive on time. But then the confirmation email I rec’d indicated that they wouldn’t arrive until after the event, which caused me an immense amt of stress & led me to buy a $200 pair of boots that I now have to return. The package did arrive on time (although it was just carelessly left on my doorstep for anyone to take), & the boots were incredibly uncomfortable—it felt like stepping into a cardboard pump with polyester draped over top. The nylon part wasn’t even stretchy, as advertised. I had to tape them to my thighs using black electrical tape, because they wouldn’t stay up (I still have the marks from removing the tape—ouch). Overall I wouldn’t not recommend these boots, & if I’d had time to pick up the other boots before the event, I would have returned these ones.
