So I order this originally in med skirt fits fine top so small so when FN did the 50%off I reorder in XL for the top only cuz med skirt fit good tracked my order til day of arrival to get UPS had delivered went out on my porch no package informed fashion Nova that it was not delivered then they sent me back a picture stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience but UPS had confirmed with a picture that they had dropped it off when I looked at the photo fashion Nova had sent it was a totally different house the house was blue in my house was white they informed me that they were sorry for the inconvenience but the UPS worker had confirmed that it had been dropped off I didn't explain that I had never received the package so they went on to let them know there was nothing that they could do about it which is absurd as much as I ordered from fashion over the only compensation I can get was a photo that UPS had dropped off which wasn't my house at this point I'm going to limit my ordering due to there is no compensation if the package is not dropped off at the correct house or kept by the driver FASHION NOVA ARE SHAME OF THEMSELF to keep your money once you've been honest and uploaded pictures that is the incorrect home and they can see that but still don't want to compensate my loss of money just reship I'm not going to low rate this bcuz it is cute but it would've been cuter if I had IT and not someone who didn't pay for it
