Comfortable, they definitely don't squeeze you so if youre looking for something super slimming this isn't it. BUT it does help smooth you out so you dont look as frumpy, which I do appreciate with a mama belly. Ive worn this with a dress and leggings, both it made me look a bit more put together. I will say that the lace panty part SHOWS through anything body con and can give the appearance of booty cellulite so choose wisely your wardrobe.

Thought it was more control top or waistline smoother. It's ok I just wish it was more adjustable at least
