Bought as a bday dress & wouldn't recommend

Usual Size: M
The arm sleeves wouldn't even go over my forearms. I'm not overweight and I'm not skinny, I'm more on the slim thick side. I ordered a medium. The dress itself fit okay but not as tight as I'd hoped.
