Loose on the bottom and fitting on the, I really liked the shoulder pads

I love this, I didn’t get to wear it on my vacation but it’s the perfect summer/fall date or brunch outfit. The material is smooth, and the color is exactly like the photo. For reference I am 4’11 and 145 pounds, and ordered a medium.
