This top is a little bit sheer, but can be worn with a thin tank top. I always get compliments when I wear this turtle neck. My favorite thing about this shirt is that it is warm but not overwhelmingly heavy. I still feel like I can breathe. I ordered a SMALL (I'm 5'2" @ 134lbs)
