It was surprising heavy, soft, and very well made. I pulled the bottom portion away to check how well it was sewn on and it was sewn very well. It's also very comfortable but I would put the dress o in the cooler weather. For summer, this dress will make me sweat, but for spring and fall, perfect. I wish it was a little bit longer. It falls between my thighs. ( 5' 3") Goes well with a lighter pick belt I bought for a monochromatic look and a lime/sea-foam green belt for a pop of color. Love this dress!
