I'm 5'4" and a 34DD - usually wear 6-8/mediums and this fit true to size. The arms weren't too tight, the body could be a little tighter though. The front dip/extra fabric in front does hang a little odd if you have a large chest (the fabric stretches from nipple to nipple and hangs down from there kind of out front). Takes a little bit of messing around to get it right, but overall the color is gorgeous and I really like the look.
